If you buy Hey Eduardo and decide it's not right for you within 14 days of your purchase date, contact us at hello@heyeduardo.app and we will issue a full refund. You do not need to explain why. You do not need to jump through hoops. We will process your refund promptly.
We built this guarantee because we believe in the product and we want you to be able to try it with real work before committing. A 14-day window with your actual documents and workflows is a more honest test than any free demo we could offer.

Email us at hello@heyeduardo.app with the subject line "Refund Request" and include the email address used at checkout. We will confirm your refund within 1 business day and process it within 3–5 business days depending on your payment provider.
Once a refund is processed, your license key will be deactivated.
We do not offer refunds after the 14-day window has passed. If you are experiencing a technical issue after day 14, please contact us at hello@heyeduardo.app — we will do our best to help resolve the problem.
