14-day guarantee

Request a refund

Inside 14 days of buying, you can refund yourself here — no email, no waiting on us, no explanation needed. Enter the address you bought with and the licence key from your purchase email.

Refunding deactivates your licence key. It will not activate on another Mac afterwards, though any Mac you have already set up will keep working. Money usually reaches your account in 5–10 business days.

Lost your key?

Look it up at the download page with the email you bought with, or email .
